Our Founders
We Are Not Outsiders Looking In
We are individuals who journeyed through the educational system, witnessed its gaps firsthand, and rose with a singular conviction — that something had to change.
"We watched potential go untapped. We saw brilliance overlooked. Instead of talking about the problem, we became part of the solution."
— Dr. Fuller & Dr. Young, FoundersWhy RCA Exists
RCA was not born out of convenience — it was born out of conviction. After witnessing firsthand the gaps, disappointments, and missed opportunities within the traditional education system, we could no longer ignore the need for change.
What began as personal frustration grew into a shared burden. We saw not only the struggles of students, but also the silent setbacks affecting families, communities, and generations. We saw brilliance overlooked. And we recognized that too many individuals had been left behind by a system that was never designed to meet every need.
Instead of continuing to talk about the problem, we made a decision: we would become part of the solution.
A Unique Blend of Expertise
Together, Dr. Fuller and Dr. Young bring a rare combination of academic achievement, spiritual authority, and real-world experience. Dr. Fuller's Doctorate in Christian Education and Biblical Studies equips RCA with both academic rigor and faith-based instructional depth. Dr. Young's Doctorate of Divinity anchors the institution in theological depth, mentorship, and community transformation.
Their journey has shaped their perspective — and more importantly, their passion for every adult learner who walks through RCA's doors.
RCA Is More Than an Institution
RCA is a movement. Our vision is to create a transformative learning environment where individuals are not only educated, but empowered. We believe education should address the whole person — academically, professionally, and spiritually.
At the heart of RCA is a deep passion for the community. We recognize that many adults carry the weight of missed opportunities — but we also believe it is never too late to learn, grow, and succeed.
