The RCA Adult Education Completion Diploma

The Adult Education Completion Program (AECP) is a self-paced, competency-based program built for adult learners who are ready to demonstrate mastery across six core academic domains. Upon successful completion, graduates receive the RCA Adult Education Completion Diploma — a meaningful institutional credential that reflects your dedication, your competency, and your readiness for what comes next.

RCA does not operate a K–12 program and does not enroll minors under any circumstances. All credentials issued — including the RCA Adult Education Completion Diploma and all Certificates — are institutional credentials and are not diplomas or degrees issued by the State of North Carolina or any governmental authority. RCA is accredited by the Transworld Accrediting Commission International. Prospective learners are encouraged to verify whether RCA credentials meet requirements for any specific employer, licensing body, or institution prior to enrollment.
